St. Cloud managed just 6 hits with Andy Henkemeyer and Jeremy Banks each getting 2 of them. Casey Shiver threw a complete-game 6-hit shutout for Alexandria. Mike Iannazzo threw 6 innings with 6 hits and 3 earned runs allowed to take the loss.

The St. Cloud River Bats snuck by Duluth 2-1 Thursday night in St. Cloud. The Bats scored the game-winning run breaking the 1-all tie in the 8th inning. Derek Campbell was 2-3 with 1 RBI and Carlos Lopez went 2-3 with 2 runs scored for the Bats. Mike Iannazzo threw 8 innings with 5 hits and 1 earned run allowed to get the win for St. Cloud.
