The American Cancer Society is holding their "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer" walk Saturday starting at 8 a.m. at St. Cloud State University. Kim Orn from the American Cancer Society and cancer survivor and owner of Batteries Plus Bulbs in the St. Cloud Area Bernie Perryman joined me on WJON today.

A group of tough women were fighting and competing to help raise money for another group of tough women who are fighting a battle of their own.

I talked with Kim Orn of the American Cancer Society and breast cancer survivor Dee Rengel about the upcoming Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk. The walk will take place Saturday October 18 with the opening ceremony at 8:30 and registration beginning at 7am.

Making Strides Against Breast Cancer kicks off tomorrow morning (Saturday)at St. Cloud State University.
