A Little Falls man convicted of killing two teenagers who broke into his home on Thanksgiving Day 2012 won't be getting a new trial. The Minnesota Supreme Court on Wednesday upheld the 2014 conviction of Byron Smith.
A Little Falls man was taken to the hospital after the dump truck he was driving hit several trees. The incident happened just before 1:00 p.m. yesterday (Monday) at 165th Street in Little Falls Township.
