St. Cloud Council to Discuss Another Liquor Ordinance on Monday

The St. Cloud city council made changes to two of the city's liquor ordinances on Monday night, and they'll be looking at another one this coming Monday. During their work study session on Monday, the city council will review the city's ordinance on drink specials.
