Prescribed Burn Scheduled Near Kennedy school

If you see thick smoke coming from the area near Kennedy School in St. Joseph, don't be alarmed. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and District 742 will be conducting a prescribed burn on 46 acres of prairie land near the school.

Kennedy Gets Federal Recognition

The Kennedy Community School in St. Joseph has been given a national award. It's one of 78 schools to win the first-ever U.S. Department of Education Green Ribbon award.

Parents Alerted To Whooping Cough In St. Joseph

Parents with kids in the Kennedy school in St. Joseph have been warned about an outbreak of whooping cough. The Minnesota Department of Health, which directed them to send a letter home with students.
