St. Cloud NWL Team To Reveal Name Tonight

The St. Cloud Northwoods League team that has remained nameless since Gary Posch, Joe Sexton and Scott Schreiner bought the team in January will reveal its new team name, logo and colors at an event at Legends Sports Bar and Grill inside the St. Cloud Holiday Inn tonight at 7pm. The event is free and open to the public. Merchandise and season tickets will be available for purchase at the event.

The River Bats minor league baseball team has a new owner, and soon they'll have a new name. The Northwoods League introduced Gary Posch and Joe Sexton as the new owners of the team today (Wednesday).

The St. Cloud River Bats as we know them will be no more. The St. Cloud Northwoods League team has changed ownership. Gary Posch and Joe Sexton have become the new owners of the team. They have bought the team from Joel Sutherland. Posch and Sexton are part-owners of the Willmar Stingers of the Northwoods League and own Brandl Motors together.
