It's a "go" for one of Minnesota's largest ice fishing tournaments. Officials for the Brainerd Jaycees' $150,000 Ice Fishing Extravaganza have been issued a permit for the Feb. 11 event.
The Brainerd Jaycees have announced that the "Ice Fishing Extravaganza" on Gull Lake scheduled for next Saturday, January 21st has been postponed until February 11th.
Gov. Mark Dayton will participate in a Brainerd ice-fishing event for charity this weekend. He'll be the first governor to attend the Brainerd Jaycees $150,000 Ice Fishing Extravaganza on Gull Lake on Saturday.
