Eastbound Interstate 94 has reopened to the east of Alexandria. State Patrol Sergeant Jesse Grabow says they responded to a crash just before 4:00 a.m. A semi was on it's side, blocking traffic.

The State Patrol has released the name of the person involved in a police chase down Interstate 94, which resulted in a crash near Monticello. Twenty-two year old Robert Pancake of Little Falls was airlifted to North Memorial and is listed in critical condition.
