A local researcher says much of the sticky, humid weather that hovers over the state in the summer could be attributed to Minnesota's abundant corn crops.
With temps forecast to be in the 90's the next few days, health experts are reminding us to drink plenty of water, avoid the sun if possible and take numerous breaks. Always wear sunscreen, wear light-colored clothing and consider wearing a wide-brimmed hat.
