Plans to build another two-hotel development has gotten the green light from Waite Park officials. During tonight's (Monday) city council meeting the council unanimously approved the final plat and PUD for the proposed site.
The early stages of a second two-hotel development in Waite Park have begun. Miller Architects is planning to build a 90-room Staybridge Suites extended-stay hotel and a 120-room Holiday Inn, including a restaurant and bar, on a vacant lot next to Menards along Highway 23.
