The demolition of Holes Hall at St. Cloud State University will be getting underway in earnest this week. Dan Pederson is the Director of Residential Life. He says they've been doing a lot of interior demo work over the past couple of weeks.
Late night study sessions, crazy parties and many movie nights once took place behind the doors of St. Cloud State University's residential hall, W.W. Holes Hall.
For nearly 50 years tens of thousands of students called Holes Hall at St. Cloud State University home. This weekend you can say 'good-bye' to the residence hall before it's torn down. SCSU is hosting a "Remember W.W. Holes Hall" event from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. tomorrow (Saturday).

A residence hall on the St. Cloud State University campus will be torn down later this year. Holes Hall has sat empty for the past few years. The recently completed St. Cloud State University Comprehensive Plan calls for the demolition of the building, which was built in the mid 1960's.
