A man accused of stabbing his wife to death in their Fargo apartment is back behind bars in that city. Fifty-year-old Henry Deniger Sr. on Monday was extradited from St. Cloud, where he had been arrested on March 7.

The suspect in the murder of his wife in their Fargo apartment is fighting his return to North Dakota. 49-year-old Henry Deniger will remain in the Stearns County Jail in St. Cloud until Minnesota receives a Governor's Warrant from North Dakota.

A Fargo man accused of stabbing his wife to death is expected to appear in Stearns County court today (Monday). Forty-nine year old Henry Deniger refused to come out of his cell Friday for an extradition hearing, so the judge rescheduled the appearance.
