Waite Park officials were presented phase one of a three phase process regarding their land use study conducted by St. Cloud State University. Back in November residents were asked to take a 24 question survey highlighting several key questions about the past, present and future vision for Waite Park.

A Foley housing development has received final approval to better accommodate housing on some vacant lots. Kampa Meadows has been looking to convert its 6 twin home lots into 3 single family lots to make the area more marketable.
Residents of Foley voiced their concerns regarding some improvements for Kampa Meadows. The city council held a public hearing last (Tuesday) night to better clarify the improvements wanting to be done in the area.
