A Rochester pastor is charged with a felony for shooting and wounding his granddaughter after mistaking her for an intruder last month. Sixty-one-year-old Stanley Wilkinson is charged with intentional discharge of a firearm that endangered safety. A court appearance is scheduled Feb. 25.

The Rochester pastor who shot and wounded his granddaughter, mistaking her for an intruder, says she's making progress in her recovery. The 16-year-old girl is hospitalized with a gunshot wound to her upper torso. Her grandfather, Stanley Wilkinson, says her condition is improving.
