A St. Joseph man is being held on $2,000,000 unconditional bail after a Saturday incident where he is accused of ramming his estranged's wife's SUV with his pickup and shooting at her.
A former Fairhaven Township man will be re-sentenced after the Minnesota Court of Appeals ruled his sentence for trying to kill his wife was improperly calculated. 52-year-old Jerry Thompson was accused of going to his estranged wife's home in 2008, firing a gunshot at her and kidnapping her at gunpoint.
