Emergency Trauma Center

After months of construction and patient confusion, phase one of the St. Cloud Hospital Emergency Trauma Center remodel is just about finished. Paul Schoenberg is the director of the hospital's emergency trauma center and says phase one is meant to increase safety for patients and staff and begin improvements to the hospitals efficiency.

Construction continues on the St. Cloud Hospital Emergency Trauma Center. The closure is part of a redesign of the Emergency Trauma Center entrance and driveway to improve patient access and security.

Emergency visitors to St. Cloud Hospital will need to use a different entrance. CentraCare Health is asking Emergency Trauma Center drop-offs take place at the Woods entrance (just left of the construction zone) starting Monday and go until December.

A small construction project to one of the entrances at St. Cloud Hospital is set to begin next month. St. Cloud Hospital's South entrance and driveway will be closed starting April 1st, as part of a redesign of the Emergency Trauma Center entrance.
