ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) - Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush is telling Minnesota lawmakers about education reforms he says have driven up test scores in his state's schools.
The influential state teachers union will release its recommendations for several education reforms, including for shrinking the achievement gap between affluent white students and less fortunate minority students.
