Duluth Downtown Street Flooded
Thousands of gallons of water flooded a street in downtown Duluth and seeped into some nearby businesses. Police, firefighters and public works employees worked to keep drivers away from the area Tuesday afternoon after an old water main burst, sending a torrent of water down Superior Street.
