Man Arrested for DWI Twice Within 21 Hours, Couple Also Arrested for DWI

A man has been arrested for driving while intoxicated in Stearns County twice within 21 hours. Sheriff's officials say 20-year-old Samuel Ness was arrested about 3:30 a.m. Saturday in Waite Park after he was stopped for speeding.
