This week on WJON's Health Matters program I talked with retired Doctor Pat Zook. Our topic of discussion is on dementia. He says dementia isn't a diagnosis even though many people think it is. He says memory loss doesn't have to be associated with dementia either. Zook says dementia comes in many forms and has many causes.

Today on WJON's Voices For Veterans segment I was joined by Barry Venable (Public Affairs Officer), Christine Rushmeyer (RN) and Kathy Castillo (Social Worker) from the St. Cloud V.A.

A woman suffering from dementia was reported missing and found. The Stearns County Sheriff's office says the 60 year old woman had apparently walked away from her home in Fairhaven Township around 6:45 p.m. yesterday evening. Her family reported her missing.
