Rooney, who is working in place for the retired Roma Steil, will stay on until the first week of August while the search for a permanent Human Services Administrator continues.

In Stearns County, Human Services Administrator Dave Rooney says there are hundreds of families affected but they have to wait for the courts to rule before they can make contingency plans.
