Illinois Man Withdraws Guilty Plea in Stearns County Fatal Crash
The driver of a Hummer that hit and killed another motorist near Opole in 2009 has withdrawn his guilty plea. 44-year-old Eugene Rivetts was charged with criminal vehicular homicide in the death of 19-year-old Ryan DeZurik.
