Authorities have released the names of three people killed in a crash yesterday. Police say 19 year-old driver Lam Vu Le was pronounced dead at the scene. 13 year-old Carrie Richter-Ngo and 5 year-old Ethan Thang Ngo were pronounces dead at the hospital.
