St. Cloud Police are looking for two men in a burglary attempt in the 1700 block of 1st Street South where thieves were apparently looking to steal copper wire.

- Someone stole copper from an Xcel Energy substation. The thieves cut through a perimeter fence and cut about 64 feet of copper cable from the power transformers.
