March had above average snowfall totals with cold temperatures.

This (Friday) morning's temperatures were a doozy, but not a record. The National Weather Service says our official early morning low at the St. Cloud Regional Airport was 17 below.

Minnesota is finding itself mostly bypassed by the mammoth storm dumping snow across much of the United States. But while the snow is going elsewhere, the cold is not. The official low in St. Cloud this morning was minus 9.
