Police Investigate South St. Cloud Burglary

Police are investigating a break-in at a south St. Cloud home early this morning. Officers were called to the 1500 block of 8th Street South at about 2:20 a.m. Two residents told police someone forced their way into the home while it was unoccupied and took several electronics and a knife.

Man Arrested After Bizarre Burglary in South St. Cloud

Police arrested a 22-year-old St. Cloud man after a burglary and assault at a south St. Cloud home Monday night. Police say William Brim entered an unlocked door in the 800 block of 4th Street South at about 7:45 p.m. and demanded money from two homeowners. The victims, who didn't know Brim, were assaulted before Brim stole cash and fled.
