He showed up at training camp overweight and out of shape. The Vikings placed him on the non football injury list Monday. They also signed free agent left tackle Charlie Johnson Monday and he'll likely replace McKinnie at left tackle. Johnson started 27 games the last 2 seasons in Indianapolis.

He was scheduled to make $6.3 Million this season. It's unclear what is salary now looks like. Berrian struggled last season with just 28 receptions for 252 yards and no touchdowns. Berrian is 30 years old and has 2 years left on his restructured contract.
