Today (Tuesday)is day two of the sixth annual Northern Plains Winter Storm Conference in St. Cloud. Meteorologists, members of the National Weather Service, and St. Cloud State University students met at the Holiday Inn to discuss winter weather, and ways to improve the forecasting of severe storms.
