Grass Fire Being Investigated As Possible Arson

A wildfire in St. Cloud is being investigated as a possible arson fire. St. Cloud Fire Department Batallion Chief Jerry Raymond says the call came in at about 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, for a fire in the grassy area just to the east of Serenity Drive.

St. Cloud fire officials are investigating a suspected arson fire. Assistant Fire Marshal Lynn Cook says a vacant 20 X 20 building at 4211 Roosevelt Road was on fire at about 2:00 p.m. yesterday (Wednesday).

Man Charged With Setting Fire At Dayton’s Old Home

A 29-year-old man is charged with setting fire to a Minneapolis home once owned by Gov. Mark Dayton - a crime the Hennepin County Attorney's office says was random. Jeron Latiff Patterson of Minneapolis is charged with first-degree arson.
