YMCA Director Urges Support For Half-Cent Sales Extension [AUDIO, POLL]
Voters in the six-city St. Cloud metro area will be asked to extend the half-cent sales tax Tuesday, during the Election 2014. If it passes in all of the cities, $4 million of the money collected will go toward the planned Aquatic and Community Center.
St. Cloud YMCA Announces First Donations In Aquatics Center Campaign
The St. Cloud Area Family YMCA has received two large donations to help build a new Aquatics and Community Center. Scheels has donated $1.5 million and the Morgan Family Foundation has given $1 million.
