Family, Friends Share Memories Of St. Paul Soldier

A 25-year-old man from St. Paul is being remembered as a savvy builder and loyal, well-liked friend. Spc. Joseph A. Kennedy died Friday in Helmand province, Afghanistan, from injuries sustained when enemy forces attacked his unit with small arms fire.

Memorial services have been set for a local Marine killed in Afghanistan. Services for 21-year-old Corporal Sean Osterman will be Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at Atonement Lutheran Church in St. Cloud.

Princeton Marine Killed In Afghanistan

A Marine from Minnesota has been killed in Afghanistan. The Department of Defense reports 21-year-old Cpl. Sean Osterman of Princeton died Thursday.
