The Timberwolves introduced shooting guard Brandon Roy at a press conference today at Target Center.  The 28-year old Roy is coming out of retirement after missing all of last season with chronic knee problems.  He played 5 seasons in Portland and the 6'6 guard averaged 19 points a game.

He received treatment oversees on his knees and feels confident he can play at a "high level" and plans on playing a major role.  When asked why he chose the Wolves he says coach Rick Adelman the roster had a lot to do with his decision.

The Wolves and Roy agreed to a 2-year contract 2 weeks ago.
