Suspicious Item Call Turns Out To Be A Box Top

ST. CLOUD - St. Cloud police responded to a call of a suspicious item yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon.

The incident happened just before 5:00 p.m. in the 3800 block of 8th Street North.

A box type item was found directly underneath a gas tank of a vehicle in a parking lot.  The Minneapolis bomb squad was called in.

It was determined the suspicious item was a box top lid, similar to a printer paper box top.
