Suspect Arrest In Northeast Minnesota Homicide
VIRGINIA (AP) - Police have arrested a man sought in the killing of a man in northeastern Minnesota.
The Virginia, Minnesota, police department says the 42-year-old man was arrested without incident Sunday evening at a home in Duluth.
The man was sought as a person of interest in the death of 29-year-old Harley Jacka of Virginia. Police were called to a home last week from a resident who said there was a dead man in his home.
Police say Jacka died of "homicidal violence."
Two other persons of interest are in custody on unrelated charges.
