Susan J. Block, 67, Paynesville

June 12, 1950 – December 8, 2017

Susan Jean Block, age 67, of Paynesville, MN died December 8, 2017 at the St. Cloud Hospital.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Benson Funeral Home Chapel, St. Cloud. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the North Star Cemetery, St. Cloud. Arrangements are with Benson Funeral Home.

Susan was born on June 12, 1950 in St. Cloud, MN to Jim and Mae (Schmidt) Osgood. She graduated from Tech High School in 1968 and went on to attend St. Cloud Technical College. Susan managed at the Delwin Ballroom in St. Joseph for many years and also worked at Herbergers in St. Cloud and the Hilltop Restaurant in Paynesville before retiring. Susan enjoyed sewing, quilting, gardening flowers, and baking. She loved spending time with friends and family, especially her two granddaughters.

Survivors include her husband, Kevin of Paynesville; son, Michael (Valerie) Mueller of St. Cloud; Father, Jim Osgood of St. Cloud; sister, Pat (Jim) Fisher of River Falls, WI, and granddaughters, Hailey and Kayla Mueller.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mae and her infant grandson, Michael Mueller, Jr.

The family would like to extend a special THANK YOU to the staff at Koronis Manor Care Center in Paynesville and the ICU Team at the St. Cloud Hospital for the wonderful care that they provided.
