UNDATED - Businesses plan to add more workers over the next few months.

The Manpower Employment Outlook Survey released today (Tuesday) says employers nationwide will will increase hiring by 10% in the second quarter.  It's the first double-digit increase since the fourth quarter of 2008.  Nine out of 10 companies surveyed say they will either add staff or make no changes during the quarter.

North Dakota remains the leader among states with a 26% increase.

Hiring is expected to be up in all 13 industry sectors led by the Leisure and Hospitality sector increasing by 26%
