WAITE PARK - A stun gun may have been used in a robbery in Waite Park.

Police Chief Dave Bentrud says the incident happened at about 10:30 p.m. on Monday in the 400 block of 7th Street South.

As the victim was leaving his apartment he was confronted by three men.  At least one of the suspects was known by the victim.  They repeatedly punched and kicked him, and also used a stun gun device -- he has injuries consistent with those from a similar device.  The victim did not go to the hospital.

The suspects got away with a wallet and other items.  One of the suspects, 29-year-old Marcus Chappell of St. Cloud, was arrested on Tuesday.
