EDEN PRAIRIE (AP) - Hundreds of people turned out to support the family of an Eden Prairie woman who has been missing for more than a month.

A fundraiser was held Monday night at Brunswick Zone where Mandy Matula worked before she disappeared May 1. The bowling alley was decorated with Matula's photos, her college softball number and her favorite color - purple.

Mandy's father, Wayne Matula, says the strong turnout reflects the impact his daughter had on those around her. The food was donated, the band volunteered and the bowling lanes were free for Mandy's friends and family.

Wayne Matula says the family wanted to have some fun to honor his daughter's life because for weeks, it has been nothing but tears.

Matula's boyfriend, David Roe, killed himself after Eden Prairie police called him in for questioning
