Stephen "Steve' Paul Billington, age 56, of Otsego, passed away on Monday, July 28, 2014 at his home in Otsego, MN. Stephen was born on October 24, 1957 in Robbinsdale, MN to Lester and Bonnie (Barker) Billington.

Steve is survived by his wife, Joann; son, Shane Billington of Eden Prairie; brother, Bradley (Sue) Billington of Andover; sisters, Renee (Earl) Wooley of Gull Lake and Sandra (David) Ferguson of Knoxville, TN.

He was preceded in death by his brothers Mark Billington and Christopher Billington.
