Stearns County Sheriff Looking for 2 Missing Horses

CLEARWATER - A Clearwater woman says she's missing two horses, and thinks someone stole them. Audrey Coombs says the horses were in a fenced-in pasture just north of Clearwater, on 9th Avenue east in Lynden Township.

They haven't been seen since last Friday or Saturday. She says there's no break in the fence, and no evidence of the horses just getting out. The horse's halters are also missing, which leads Coombs to believe the horses were taken.

One horse is described as a red and white paint horse, with a white streak down the front of his face. The other is a white and brown paint horse, with a white face and blue eyes. Both horses are geldings.
