Stearns County Officially Hires Williams as New Administrator

ST. CLOUD -- Stearns County commissioners have unanimously approved the appointment of Mike Williams as the new county administrator.

Williams is the current St. Cloud City Administrator and will take over Stearns County's highest appointed leadership role.

Both sides have agreed to a negotiated contract of just under $161,000 per year and six weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO).

Williams has 30 years of combined administration experience and has been with the city of St. Cloud in that role for the last 13 years. He replaces George Rindelaub who retired after 28 years as Stearns County Administrator.

Williams takes over his new post July 11th.
