ST. CLOUD --  Stearns County is working to get empty pesticide containers recycled and out of the hands of farmers and businesses.

There are two drop-off locations you can use. The first drop-off location is at the CentraSota Co-Op in Albany. You must drop off the containers before Friday, August 22nd. The other location is at the Paynesville Farmers Union Co-Op. The deadline to drop off containers there is before Friday, August 29th.

All containers should be cleaned, triple-rinsed, caps removed and all labels and plastic removed. The containers must be #2 HDPE.

The collection is open to all pesticide users.
