Stearns County Human Services Administrator Retiring

ST. CLOUD -- Stearns County's Human Services Administrator is retiring. Mark Sizer notified county commissioners Tuesday, his last day will be June 29th.

Sizer has been Stearns County's Human Services Administrator since 2011 when he was picked to replace Roma Steil who retired. Prior to that, Sizer served as the Community Corrections Division Director.

County commissioners did not address whether they would seek an interim administrator to serve while the search for a permanent replacement is underway, or look to have someone in place at the start of the new county calendar which is July 1st.

The Human Services Administrator oversees several departments including Community Corrections, Public Health, Family and Children Services, and Gateway Services
