SAUK CENTRE -- The Stearns County Fair kicks off today in Sauk Centre. The five day festival features a demolition derby, tractor pull, karaoke contest, live music and carnival rides.

The demolition derby kicks off at 7:30 p.m. each night through Saturday. The tractor pull is scheduled for Sunday at 7:00 p.m.

The fair also features, "Bed Turning." It's an event to introduce you to the art of quilting.
Each quilt will be layered on a bed on top of each other. One-by-one the quilts will be held up for the public to see and a narrator will describe the pattern and give its historical significance.
