Stearns County Can Search Cell Phones [AUDIO]

Stearns County Attorney Janelle Kendall says Stearns County can now search cell phones with a warrant in cases where that becomes helpful in investigations.  Kendall appeared on WJON with me today.  Janelle says searching cell phones was something they couldn't search in the past but can now due to increased technology and knowledge.  She also talked about the Byron Smith case in Little Falls and commented on the increase in violent crime in the St. Cloud area recently.
