Sauk Centre - The Minnesota State Patrol says there was a deadly rollover discovered on Interstate 94 this (Monday) afternoon.

The call came in just after 2:00 p.m. in Todd County, just west of Sauk Centre.

A 2008 Toyota Scion was traveling westbound when it rolled.

The name of the driver has not been released.  The State Patrol says they'll release the name of the person who was killed once their relatives have been notified.

The State Patrol responded to a report of an overturned vehicle in a ravine which was spotted by MNDOT. When Troopers arrived they found an deceased man in the vehicle.  It is believed that the Toyota and occupant have been there for a long period of time. The investigation is still ongoing.

The occupant has been taken to Midwest Medical for positive identification.

The Todd County Sheriff's Office is assisting with the investigation.

Family members are confirming it's the body of 47-year-old Alan Thomas of Osakis who left his home on Thursday, August 4th and went to Blaine to visit friends. He planned to return home that same day, but his family and friends have not seen or heard from him since.
