ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) - The executive director of Minnesota's health insurance exchange says a mostly problem-free weekend rollout netted more than 500 enrollees.

Scott Leitz says MNsure's website remains stable after year two of its open enrollment began over the weekend, with consumers reporting no major glitches. It's a big change from the technical problems that plagued the site this time last year.

MNsure officials aren't yet sure how many of its 518 weekend enrollees are renewals or how many qualified for federal subsidies. Leitz says he expects those numbers to ramp up as open enrollment draws to a close.

Open enrollment ends Feb. 15, but consumers looking to get coverage in the new year should enroll by Dec. 15.
