State Boys Soccer: Tech Wins, Sartell Falls

The Tech Tigers earned their first-ever state tournament win with a 2-0 victory over #3 Park Center Wednesday night at Farmington High School in the Class AA tourney.

Mohamed Abdi and Mohamud Aden each scored goals in the game's final 21 minutes to send Tech to the win. The Tigers will play against East Ridge on Monday at 5 p.m. at Husky Stadium.

Elsewhere, the fifth seeded Sartell Sabres fell 3-1 to #4 Breck at Benilde-St. Margaret's High School.
