State Amateur Baseball: Cold Spring Wins, Beaudreau’s Loses

WATKINS - The Class B State Amateur Baseball Tournament resumed last (Thursday) night with two local teams in action.

The Cold Spring Springers stayed alive by beating Rochester 6-2 in a losers bracket game.

The Beaudreau's Saints of St. Cloud lost to Moorhead 4-2 and dropped into the losers bracket.

Cold Spring and Beaudreau's will now play each other today (Friday) at 5:00 p.m. in Watkins. The loser will be done for the year, the winner will play again on Sunday at 5:00 p.m.
