UNDATED - Saturday is the nation's largest single-day food drive - and you don't even have to take your donation anywhere.

It's "Stamp Out Hunger," -  all you have to do is leave a bag of non-perishable foods by your mailbox, and your letter carrier will get it to your local food shelf.

Last year, Americans donated over 70 million pounds of canned soup, vegetables, rice, cereal and other foods during the drive. It marks the 8th year that the drive has raised over 70 million pounds of food.

They're created postcards and shopping bags for donors, which you might have already seen in your mailbox during the last couple of weeks.

"Stamp Out Hunger" is a partnership between the National Association of Letter Carriers and the Campbell Soup Company.
